Returns, Refunds & Our Make-It-Right Promise.

 

Authentici-Tee Co. will NOT accept physical merchandise returns.

Customers with damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect merchandise will contact us and provide their order number and photographs.

Customers will not be instructed to mail merchandise back to Authentici-Tee Co.

For sizing mistakes, color selection, or change of mind, products are made to order and are generally not refundable or exchangeable. Customers will still be encouraged to contact us so that we can determine whether a reasonable courtesy solution is appropriate.
