Made-to-Order Products

Many products sold by Authentici-Tee Co. are created specifically for you after your order is placed. Because our products are made to order, production begins shortly after an order is submitted.

Customers are responsible for reviewing product descriptions, sizing information, color selections, shipping information, and order details before completing a purchase.

Please review our Size & Fit Guide before selecting a size. Our garments may vary in fit and dimensions depending on the product style.

Once an order has entered production, we may be unable to modify or cancel it.

Returns, Refunds and Product Issues

Because our merchandise is made to order, Authentici-Tee Co. does not accept physical merchandise returns.

If an item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect, please contact us within 30 days of delivery and provide your order number and photographs showing the issue. We will review the situation and, when appropriate, provide a replacement or refund.

Incorrect size or color selections and changes of mind generally do not qualify for refunds or free replacements. However, we encourage customers to contact us if there is a problem so that we can determine whether a reasonable solution is available.

Shipping and Delivery

Production and delivery times displayed on our website are estimates and are not guaranteed delivery dates.

Authentici-Tee Co. is not responsible for carrier delays or other delivery delays outside our reasonable control. Please see our Shipping & Delivery policy for additional information regarding production, tracking, delivery and shipping issues.

Product Appearance

We make reasonable efforts to display product colors and designs accurately. However, colors may appear differently depending on your screen or device, and minor variations may occur during the printing and production process.

Designs and Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise indicated, artwork, designs, graphics, logos, written content, branding and other original materials appearing on the Authentici-Tee Co. website are owned by or licensed to Authentici-Tee Co.

Our designs and content may not be copied, reproduced, modified, distributed, sold, commercially used or used to create derivative merchandise without prior written permission.

Purchasing a product does not transfer ownership of or rights to the artwork or design appearing on that product.

Pricing and Product Availability

Prices, product availability, colors, sizes and product offerings may change without notice.

We reserve the right to correct errors in product descriptions, pricing, promotions or availability and, when necessary, cancel or refund an affected order.
